Exchange the Goods

Twinkle Little Ones orders are accepted and No changes, cancellations, returns or refunds will be accepted.

TwinkleLittleOnes.com only accepts damages caused by shipments or manufacturing processes and that the goods do not conform to the order. You must contact TwinkleLittleOnes.com to make the exchange request within 7 days (including the receipt date). Please specify the order number, the reason for the replacement of the goods, and the photos of the goods in the e-mail. If the customer fails to submit an exchange application within the above-mentioned time, the goods will not be replaced after seven days. In any case, the freight and processing fees of the original order will not be returned. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Under normal circumstances, TwinkleLittleOnes.com only arranges replacement of the same goods (including the same colour, same paragraph, same size, etc.).

Persons who lack a valid receipt or request a replacement based on their personal preference will not be accepted.

TwinkleLittleOnes.com will not accept replacement applications for any package that is incomplete, opened or unpacked. Therefore, only goods in original package will be accepted.

The goods replacement arrangement does not apply to items that have been assembled, opened, used, or damaged for personal reasons, diapers, underwear, special display items and food.

In the event of any dispute, Twinkle Little Ones reserves the right to explain and amend the terms and conditions of the services listed and the final decision.
